Robert Jenny is the Managing Director of NYC Management (NYCM) which he joined in 2002 to oversee building operations and to manage the firm`s asset managers. Mr. Jenny currently oversees the management of the 60 buildings in the NYCM portfolio. His day to day responsibilities include: asset management, new business, tenant collections, legal proceedings and vendor relations. Mr. Jenny on behalf of NYCM`s landlord clients is responsible for reviewing RFP`s for construction and capital improvements as well as processing J-51 tax abatements and MCIs for residential buildings.

Prior to joining NYCM, Mr. Jenny spent three years as the Manager of Operations for Bill Blass, Ltd, a major fashion designer where he was responsible for overseeing the Company`s production, quality control, and purchasing. Prior, Mr. Jenny owned and managed Whitney Rand Manufacturing Corp, an international manufacturing company in the material handling industry where he both managed the day-to-day operations as well as its 70 employees. After 15 years of ownership, Mr. Jenny spearheaded the successful sale of Whitney Rand Manufacturing Corp in 1999. Mr. Jenny is currently a member of CHIP (Community Housing Improvement Program).
